Description Apple ‘Lady Henniker’ A very large apple which has which has yellow skin on the shaded side and a faint blush of red with crimson stripes on the exposed side. The brisk, and finely textured, green tinged flesh cooks to a strongly flavoured pale yellow puree, hardly needing extra sugar. Its season of use is October to February, it also makes a nice dessert variety. (Suffolk 1873) Flowering Group 3 Containerised Trees are supplied from September to August.
