Description Apple ‘Stirling Castle’ A medium sized apple which has Bright light green, becoming very pale clear yellow skin which has a slight flush of orange brown. The white flesh is very soft, rather coarse textured, juicy, and acid. Its season of use is September to December. (Stirling.
