Description Apple ‘Charles Ross’ Dessert/Cooker. A large apple which has greenish yellow to yellow skin which is flushed orange-red with broken red stripes. The creamy white flesh is firm and has a light, sweet, pear-like flavour. An eater which also bakes well. Its season of use is from September to December (Newbury 19th Century). Flowering Group 3. Containerised Trees are supplied from September to August. Bare Root Trees are supplied from December to March
