Description Apple ‘Yarlington Mill’ Bittersweet. A medium to large apple which has yellow to greenish yellow, skin which is smooth and slightly waxy, and is slightly striped or flecked dark red. The white flesh is sweet with some astringency, it is frequently reddened under the flush. The fruit is ripe in late October to early November.
