It is home to 600 different species of eucalyptus trees, making it one of the most diverse eucalyptus habitats in the world. This seasonally collected honey is a true celebration of nature’s abundance. Each flower produces a different profile of honey. This results in seasonal variations in flavour, aroma and texture as the floral source and temperatures changes though the year. To produce this 250g jar of honey, bees will visit up to 1,000,000 (one million!) flowers. They forage on the nectar of their diverse native flowers that bloom across the spring to autumn months. All to create this precious, premium honey, free from GMOs, glyphosate, AMPA, glufosinate and other synthetic additives. It captures the complexity of Australia’s rarest floral nectars in their peak season in a rich expression of terroir. We ensure that the honey is ethically harvested, minimally handled, remains raw, unprocessed and pure, retaining all of its natural bioactive compounds. This results in every jar of our small-batch honey being filled with life supporting vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, probiotics and active enzymes.
