Marri / Redgum Raw Honey is a medium russet coloured honey. It is a strong but smooth and fiery tasting honey. This honey has been independently lab tested – it has a Total Activity Rating (TA ) of 35 – this means it has “strong antibacterial activity” (and is the highest rating given for raw honey in Australia). Redgum nectar is collected by the bees from the forests of Roleystone, Jarrahdale and Dwellingup.
